Condor takes off and lands in Cologne/Bonn again

Condor is back: the German airline has been taking off and landing at Cologne Bonn Airport again since today, Thursday 9 May.The first Condor aircraft to Palma de Mallorca took off at around 9 am. The airline with the unmistakable striped design now connects the airport with the Spanish island a total of five times a week. The flights will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

‘With the return of Condor to our airport, we can offer our passengers another attractive connection to the extremely popular destination of Palma de Mallorca,’ says Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH. "We are very happy about the new partnership with Condor. In the future, we would like to expand the cooperation in the interests of our passengers."

Mallorca attracts travellers from all over the world all year round, especially from Germany. The largest Balearic island in the Mediterranean is known for its beautiful beaches, mild climate and vibrant nightlife, but also for its varied landscape and numerous cultural attractions, for example in the capital Palma. This diversity makes Mallorca not only an attractive destination for sun lovers, but also for families and holidaymakers who want to hike, cycle or explore nature.

The flight time from Cologne/Bonn to Palma de Mallorca is around two and a half hours. Condor flies back from the holiday island to the Rhineland on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, in line with the departures. An Airbus A320 will be used. The flights can be booked at www.condor.com.
