Gaming with eSports pros in Terminal 1

On four days, eSports fans can compete against professional e-sports players at Cologne Bonn Airport. Various types of consoles and the latest games will be available from Monday, 24 to Thursday, 27 June 2024, from 12:00 to 18:00 in Terminal 1 on the Departures level. Participation in the eSports event with football and car racing is free of charge and runs on a first come, first served basis.

At "Beat the Pro" stations, players will have the opportunity to compete against active e-sports players and test their skills. EURO24 mascot Albärt has also announced his attendance at the start of the multi-day gaming event. The bear in UEFA kit will be visiting the airport again and will be available for selfies as part of a meet & greet in the public area of Terminal 1 on Monday, 24 June 2024, from 12:00 to 16:00.

The gaming event at Cologne Bonn Airport is being organised in cooperation with Passion and Play, a company specialising in this field, which also produces the match schedule and a results report after each game.
