Baggage tracing

If your suitcase is missing or damaged, please contact your airline or the baggage handler appointed by the airline, either at the relevant Lost & Found counter or online. In the overview you can see which airline works with which handler.

Please note the airlines' regulations, e.g. possible reporting deadlines. A boarding pass and baggage claim tag are required to report damage or loss. A loss/damage report is useful.

You have already checked in your suitcase, but the flight is not taking place? Your airline can tell you when and where you can collect your baggage - usually at the ticket counter.

If you have lost your baggage in the terminal or at the security checkpoint, please contact the lost property office.
