Lost property
Lost something? If you have left something behind in the terminals, in one of the shops, in the security control or in the security area, the lost property office will help you (Terminal 2, public area). You can enquire here about lost items such as laptops, smartphones, keys and other personal items (foodstuffs excluded).
The lost property office will help you in person or by email.
- You will need to provide as detailed a description as possible of the item, the time and possible location of the loss, and your contact details.
- Lost passports/travel documents may need to be reported to the relevant authorities.
If you have forgotten something on the plane or a piece of baggage that you have handed in to your airline has not arrived or has been damaged, please contact your airline or the handlings agent.
Opening hours
Monday - Thursday:
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Friday:
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays:
closed
Important note
For operational reasons, the lost property office will be closed on Friday, 12 September 2025 and from 26 September 2025 to 6 October 2025. Please feel free to send us an email with your enquiry. We will be back to assist you on 7 October 2025 and will respond to your email as soon as possible.
