Have you lost something? Is your luggage damaged or hasn't arrived? Don't worry: on this page, you will find all the information and contact details you need regarding luggage tracing and lost property. The relevant contact persons will help you find your property as quickly as possible.

If your suitcase has been damaged or has not arrived, please contact your airline or the baggage handler appointed by the airline. You can do this at the relevant ‘Lost & Found’ counter or online.

If you have lost something in the terminals, in a shop, at security or in the security area, the lost property office is the right place to contact (Terminal 2, public area). Here you can enquire about your property such as laptops, smartphones, keys and other personal items (except food).

The lost property office will help you on site or by email.

  • You will need to provide as detailed a description as possible of the item, the time and possible location of the loss, and your contact details.
  • Lost ID cards/travel documents must be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

If you have left something on the aeroplane or if a piece of luggage has not arrived or has been damaged, please contact your airline or the handling agent.

8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Friday:
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays:
closed

Closed on March 5, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. for operational reasons.
