CGN Gateway

Passengers who have booked a personalised time slot in advance free of charge will have a more relaxed journey through security. Online booking via ‘CGNGateWay’ is conveniently possible here from 72 hours up to a maximum of 1 hour before the departure time. Time slots can be booked every quarter of an hour, subject to availability.

At the central security checkpoint in Terminal 1, a separately accessible security lane is then available for gateway guests at the pre-booked time (+/- 10 minutes). CGNGateWay offers tangible added value for all travellers. The advantage of the new system is a more even utilisation of the lanes. The targeted control of passenger flows reduces waiting times at all lanes.
