Lost property
If you have forgotten or lost something in the terminals, in one of the shops, in the security checkpoint or in the security area, the lost property office (Terminal 2, public area) can help. Here you can report lost suitcases, smartphones and other personal items (excluding food).
The lost property office will help you in person on site or by telephone.
- A detailed description of the item, time and possible location of the loss, contact details
- are required
- Lost ID/travel documents must be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary
If you have forgotten something on the aircraft or an item of baggage has not arrived, please contact your airline.
