A new service station for baggage tracing has been opened in Terminal 2. The baggage tracing desk is located on the arrivals level and is accessible from both the security area and the landside. Here you will find contact persons for the handling agents.
To simplify the reporting of missing baggage, AHS has also set up self-service kiosks in the arrivals hall. Here, passengers travelling with airlines handled by AHS can quickly and easily request that their baggage be traced. The kiosks are available around the clock and the process usually takes no longer than three minutes. A report can usually be made at the kiosk up to 72 hours after landing.
