Fancy an insider tip? Wizz Air is now flying from CGN to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. Not many people have this city on their bucket list yet, but that could change quickly. Podgorica isn’t just the perfect starting point for a tour of Montenegro and neighbouring Albania. With a historic old town, plenty of Mediterranean flair, the Adriatic coast, Lake Skadar and the Bay of Kotor, the city itself also offers plenty to discover. Flights to Podgorica operate every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. This is already the airline’s sixth new route to Eastern Europe. The new destinations also include Bucharest, Skopje, Tirana, Chișinău and Tuzla in Bosnia. Tickets can be booked on wizzair.com and via the Wizz Air app.
