If your baggage has been lost or damaged, please report to the customer service of the handling agent WISAG Losch immediately upon your arrival at the airport. They can be found on the Departures level of Terminal 1, opposite of Exit 6, right next to Check-In Counter 220. The airline will not accept any subsequent (online) reports of loss or damage. |
